Wesley Aleshire has worked within the property management industry since 1997, starting as a part-time Leasing Agent with the most recent role as Director of Learning & Development Innovations. Over the last 18-years, learning and development has remained his primary focus, more specifically on content design, embracing innovative technologies, curriculum development, and facilitation. Wesley has facilitated training in environment that include everything from small workshops to over 400 people in 35 states, including Puerto Rico. His facilitation style is to spark emotion through self-reflection and humor.
